Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of each project. Triple J Dirt Works LLC reserves the right to pause or stop work in the event payment arrangements are not honored. The property owner or their authorized representative is responsible for identifying and disclosing any known underground utilities, property boundaries, existing structures, or site hazards prior to the start of work. Triple J Dirt Works LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or undisclosed site features. It is the property owner’s responsibility to contact the appropriate utility marking services before excavation or site clearing begins.
The client is responsible for ensuring that Triple J Dirt Works LLC and its equipment have adequate access to the work site. Any access limitations, gate codes, or scheduling requirements should be communicated at the time of scheduling. Delays caused by inadequate access may result in schedule changes.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested and approved in writing or verbally confirmed with the project contact before work on the modified scope begins. Changes may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.
Triple J Dirt Works LLC will perform all work with reasonable care and professional diligence. The company is not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property, damage resulting from undisclosed site hazards, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Specific liability questions should be directed to the company directly.
Services are provided within Tennessee, within approximately an 80 to 100-mile radius of Lebanon, TN. Projects outside of this area are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Discounts for veterans, first responders, and seniors are applied at the company’s discretion at the estimate stage. Discounts are applied to individual project estimates and are not stackable with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
